HOUSE COMMITTEE PASSES BILL ON FORFEITURE OF STATE BENEFITS WHEN FELONY COMMITTED

Committee on Labor and Public Employment today. The bill now moves to the House
floor for second reading.
2678, requires forfeiture of a state or
county officer's or employee's compensation and fringe benefits upon a
conviction for a felony committed in the course of government service.
