HB1551, HD1 RELATING TO TAX CREDITS
Amends the motion picture, digital media, and film production tax credit to remove tax credit caps. Establishes a non-refundable tax credit with a carry forward period of up to ten years to encourage media infrastructure development. Permits certain production tax credits to be assigned.
