Rep. Pono Chong (District 49 - Maunawili, Olomana, Enchanted Lake, Kaneohe) was named one of the 2010 Henry Toll Fellows of the Council of State Governments (CSG). A list of all the Toll Fellows can be found on their Facebook page here.The Henry Toll Fellowship program is a leadership program involving all three branches of government.
