WHAT: The public is invited to an informational briefing on the 2010 legislative session. Rep. Karen Awana and Rep. Maile Shimabukuro will be joined by House Finance Chair, Rep. Marcus Oshiro, who will make a presentation to the community on how the legislature resolved a $1.2 billion shortfall to balance the state budget bill. Information will also be provided on major capital improvement projects for the Waianae Coast.
