Brower and Mizuno at lantern ceremony

Reps. Tom Brower and John Mizuno joined more than 30,000 people at Ala Moana Beach Park for the 10th annual Lantern Floating Hawai'i ceremony yesterday to release more than 1600 lighted paper lanterns toward the ocean horizon to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away.

The lawmakers also presented a certificate to Na Lei Aloha Foundation, commending the non-profit organization for its work in the community and dedication to Hawai'i.
