Today is the 45th day of the 2008 Legislative session, and the second decking deadline is tonight at 10:00 p.m.
This means that by 10 p.m. tonight, all House standing committee reports and amended Senate bills must be filed with the Chief Clerk's Office to be decked for the Third Reading vote.
Monday, April 7th, is a recess day. The caucuses will meet to discuss third reading bills and consider what bills may be placed on a consent calendar.
The House floor action to pass bills on Third Reading is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8th, floor session to start at 9:00 a.m.
