WHAT: In a joint effort to address concerns of Big Island residents, State Senate and House lawmakers will hold more "Legislators Listen" community meetings in Hilo, Kea'au, Pahoa, Pahala and Hawaiian Ocean View Estates (HOVE). Previous meetings were held Feb. 23 in Laupahoehoe, Honoka'a, Waimea, North Kohala, Waikoloa and Kealakekua.
Big Island legislators look forward to comments and suggestions from community members on issues of concern and any bills that are of personal interest. Legislators will highlight bills that have crossed over and are still going through the legislative process.
