Lots of good Superferry stories today and over the weekend ... the Star-Bulletin came out with a two part article series that included the results of a poll showing that 64 percent of Hawaii residents think the Hawaii Superferry should be allowed to resume service while an environmental assessment is done. Also, 62 percent of respondents said they thought holding a special legislative session to allow the ferry to operate was a good idea. The SB surveyed 600 island residents, 150 on each island.
The Advertiser has a good story today about what could happen at the legislature if a special session is called and the pressures and expectations on all sides going into it.
At long last, the Maui court's ruling is expected tomorrow morning.
