Rep. Ryan Yamane (District 37 - Waipahu, Mililani) and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of newly born Gavin Yamane. Gavin was born on Saturday night, May 3rd, 17 inches long and weighing in at 7 lbs. Congratulations and best wishes to the Yamanes!
