Rep. Jordan introduced HB2684, recently enacted into law as Act 320. The bill requires the Department of Transportation to conduct a feasibility study on the extension of the zipper lane westward from Waipahu toward Kapolei, west of the Kunia on-ramp. It appropriates $200,000 for the study.
