Lawmakers are sponsoring a community meeting with
UH-West Oahu Chancellor Gene Awakuni and other UH-WO administrators and faculty to share information on the progress of construction at the Kapolei campus, what programs will be offered at the new campus, and the opportunities for the community to partner with the university.
The meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at
Kapolei High School Cafeteria
The meeting is being sponsored by area legislators Rep. Henry Aquino, Rep. Karen Awana, Rep. Ty Cullen, Rep. Sharon Har, Rep. Jo Jordan, Sen. Mike Gabbard and Sen. Clarence Nishihara.
