Excludes services performed by an individual who is a member of a limited liability company or a partner of a limited liability partnership who has a distributional interest in the company or partnership of at least fifty per cent, a partner or a partnership, and a sole proprietor from the definition of "employment" under the workers' compensation law. HB1411 RELATING TO MORTGAGE FORECLOSURES
Repeals the old non-judicial foreclosure process. Clarifies the new non-judicial foreclosure process. Strengthens laws regarding mortgage servicers. Broadens the duties of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB1411 HD1) (SAY)
