Halloween is almost here. We're planning to do another round of Capitol Ghost Stories for the occasion. The Hawaii State Capitol seems to be a favorite haunt for ghosts and spirits. So far, I have only one new ghost story to tell, so I'm sending out the call to all of you for any leads or stories of your own. Email me if you have any suggestions.
