General contractors already pay 4% to their subcontractors on their invoices. The propaganda put forth in this piece is misleading the taxpayers into believing that subcontractors and contractors are receiving 'exemptions', when in fact the State is collecting over 4% on every dollar spent to build a new home or remodel an existing one by way of the GET!!!
